I.D. verification - As a security precaution on all phone and
Internet orders, Y.N.T. Furniture contacts credit card agencies to confirm
that the billing address on the sales order matches the billing address on
file for the credit card. If the information does not match, you will be
contacted in an attempt to get the necessary match. If the needed
information is not obtained, the order will be cancelled.
Inquiries - We use return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail we
receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purposes and are not
shared with outside parties.
Order fulfillment - In the event that product is back ordered,
Y.N.T. Furniture will notify the customer via the information listed on the
order.
Secure Online Shopping at Y.N.T. Furniture
Y.N.T. Furniture guarantees a 100% secure shopping experience. This is how
the guarantee works:
Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information
including credit card number, name, and address so that such data cannot be
read as the information travels over the Internet. The encryption process
takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are
securely transmitted over the Internet.
Your personal information is also transferred using 128-bit SSL encryption,
and we store credit card information with additional high level encryption.
EURWAY also deletes credit card numbers from the online database once the
sale has been processed or cancelled. Our databases are not accessible
without a username and password.
Be aware that your Internet browser can also factor into the security of the
transaction. Older browser software might not support 128-bit SSL, and those
browsers will roll back to 40-bit encryption. You should always update your
browser software and/or apply any security patches available for the
software.
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your
credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
