• How does Freight Delivery work?
If your purchase is being delivered via a Freight service, you will be contacted by the Freight Company via telephone 1-2 days prior to delivery to schedule a delivery appointment.
You will need to be present to sign for the item.
All shipments coming via Freight are brought to the curbside only.
Please note the following important details about Freight Delivery:
You will be responsible for moving the item into your home or backyard once it has been removed from the truck at curbside.
Freight delivery personnel are not required to move the item beyond curbside (they will do so if you ask politely and offer a nice tip).
• Can you ship to APO/FPO, P.O. boxes or international addresses?
We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes or international addresses.
• How do I know if my order has shipped?
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us with the details of your purchase.
Within 2-4 business days, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has shipped.
Tracking information will also be included in that email so that you can easily track your package.

Customers may also pick-up their order at no extra charge from our warehouse located in Queens, NY bet. 10:30AM-4:30PM Mon-Fri. Please contact our customer service department at 1-718-504-2172 to schedule pick up date and time and get directions.
• How do I track my order?

• How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, please contact us immediately at
customerservice@yntfurniture.com.
Due to our rapid manufacturing time, order changes must be made within a 24 hour time frame from when the order was placed.
Cancellations will only be accepted up until 48 hours after you place your order.
• How long till I receive my order?
Order and delivery times vary with product category.
All orders are shipped directly from our own warehouse. Please allow approximately two to four (2-4) weeks from date of order to be shipped from our warehouse, SPECIAL ORDER items takes longer and usually shipped approximately six to ten (6-10) weeks.
Shipping times vary depending on your geographical location from our New York warehouse, but generally range from 2 to 10 business days.
• What if my furniture arrives damaged?
It is your responsibility to inspect your order when it arrives to make sure that it is what you ordered and that the item(s) are undamaged.
If the freight arrives and the contents are visibly damaged, refuse the order and contact us at (718)504-2172 or uses our 24hr. Customer Care form here, so we can get replacement furniture made and sent out as soon as possible.
If you accept the freight and sign off on the freight bill presented by the delivery person, you are considered to have accepted the product in good condition, and cannot request replacement furniture if you later see damage. Any damage claims after acceptance of the shipment will not be honored because the freight companies will not take responsibility for product in a customer's home after it has been delivered, inspected, installed, and signed off by the customer as this releases the freight company from any further liability.
